An eruption of smoky fruit rises from peat, bright with lemon and lime zest, braided with a veil of waxy dark chocolate.
Palate
Crackling peat erupts across the palate, with peat effervescing into tangy lemon and lime juice; black pepper pops with sizzling cinnamon-spiced toffee, delivering a vibrant, smoky sweetness that lingers.
Finish
A long, smoky finish that clings with tarry espresso, aniseed and toasted almonds, while soft barley and hints of fresh pear drift away.
