Colour
Natural golden amber with honeyed highlights and a trace of copper.
Nose
Intense, medicinal peat smoke sits at the core, infused with sea-salt brine and iodine. Layered with tar, ash, citrus zest and vanilla, the high proof delivers a peppery, mineral lift that lingers with a waxy coastal sweetness.
Palate
Powerful peat smoke unfolds with iodine and brine, then layers of mineral ash and charred oak. Underneath, sweet vanilla, citrus zest and a hint of dark toffee emerge, while black pepper and warm spice drive a long, fiery finish.
Finish
Long, coastal finish of peat smoke and iodine, edged with briny sea spray. Waxy oak and a touch of vanilla unfold, while peppery spice builds before fading to a warm, lingering ember of smoke and sweetness.
