Golden amber with a warm, honeyed glow and delicate copper highlights.
Nose
Fresh Granny Smith apple bursts forth, opening to tropical fruits, caramel and vanilla, with a gentle peat smoke curling through the aroma.
Palate
Smoky caramel lingers with bright tropical notes of melon and mango, while crisp Granny Smith apple adds lift and oak shavings lend a faint, resinous edge. A warm, well-balanced palate with a soft peaty echo that lingers.
Finish
Long, smouldering finish of smoky caramel, with lingering tropical fruits and Granny Smith apple that fade into toasted oak.
