Colour
Deep burnished amber with copper-bronze glints and a warm honey-gold core.
Nose
Rich honeyed orchard fruits mingled with vanilla, soft malt and warm toffee. Sherry influence brings raisin and fig, with a wisp of dried spice, cacao nib and almond, finishing in toasted oak and a refined, lingering elegance.
Palate
Silky, full-bodied palate delivering honeyed fruit and orchard sweetness, intertwined with zesty citrus and vanilla. Sherry influence deepens into dried plum and raisin, lightly dusted with cocoa and toasted almond. A creamy, oak-backed core supports a gentle spice—cinnamon and ginger—while the warmth of 50% ABV lingers. Long, elegant finish with fruit, toffee, and winter spice.
Finish
Silky, lingering finish cloaks the palate in warm sherry, with a thread of honeyed fruit. Dried fig and raisin mingle with cocoa, spice and gentle oak, fading to a long, honeyed warmth.
