Talisker 59.7% ABV
Finished in a combination of Ruby, White and Tawny Port casks.
A surge of warmth rises through the current, radiating a sweet, charred undertone. The crash of sea-salt spray against the ship’s bow relights the fire of exploration in determined sailors. Against an unforgiving sea the caravel, an iconic Portuguese sea vessel, forges on, braving harsh elements to reach the farthest corners of the earth.
Roseisle 12 Year Old 56.5% ABV
First fill ex-bourbon and refill casks.
The horizon dissolves into a rich palette of deep burgundy and shades of dark plum. Against this swirling backdrop of stunning colours, an elegant kite twists and turns on its magical way. Built on centuries of a craft that pairs wonder and simplicity, these immaculate folds of delicate paper ride the wind towards the clouds. Paper, wood, string, and a touch of alchemy sends the kite maker’s creation soaring.

Colour
Shimmering gold glows with coastal luminosity, warmed amber and copper-tinted sea-hues, fading into a burgundy-to-plum horizon.
Nose
A coastal bouquet of fig and citrus from Glendullan’s Chardonnay de Bourgogne French Oak finish, layered with herbal smoke and ripe plums from the tequila-finished 12-year, a warm sea-salt kiss and port-dark sweetness from Talisker, and deep burgundy plum with oak-forward nuance from Roseisle. A refined aroma marrying fruit, smoke, sea and wood.
Palate
Silken and evolving, the palate unfolds in four movements: Glendullan’s Chardonnay-finished fruit glows with fig, citrus and vanilla; tequila-finish lends ripe plum and herbal smoke; Talisker delivers warm sea-salt caramel with a smoky, char edge; Roseisle adds bourbon-soft depth of dark plum and oak. A harmonious, wind-swept finale of fruit, smoke, spice and sea.
