Tasting Notes
Colour
Pale gold, with a soft honey glow and a whisper of straw.
Nose
Green apples lead the bouquet, crisp and vivid, with hazelnuts lending a delicate, nutty richness. A whisper of white oak frames the aroma, bright, refined and inviting.
Palate
Smooth and sweet on the palate, with delicate green apple and hazelnut notes, perhaps a touch too elegant, underpinned by refined sweetness. White oak lends a touch of creaminess and a long, poised finish.
Finish
Effortlessly graceful and long, the finish coats the palate with green apple and delicate nutty sweetness, slowly yielding to subtle white oak spice and a clean, silky fade.
