The original green box and label design which was produced between 1995 - 2004 it later got replaced by the white label. Yamazaki 10 year old then got discontinued for good in 2013.
"The nose is laden with green apple and hazelnuts. The palate is smooth and sweet (but perhaps a little too elegant) and the finish is relatively long."
Aged in mainly white oak casks and now long delisted and rare to find this most accessible and elegant of Japanese single malts from its oldest and original distillery.

A refined, relatively long finish that unfolds with gentle sweetness and a whisper of green apple and hazelnut, lingering with warm oak and a polished, silky fade.
