Golden amber with a warm, honeyed glow and subtle coppery reflections.
Nose
Delicate and inviting, this Yamazaki opens with ripe peach and Asian pear, edged by honeyed vanilla and a kiss of Mizunara oak. Subtle citrus zest, white blossoms, and a whisper of almond cream layer over silky malt, yielding a refined, softly spiced bouquet.
Palate
Silky and refined, it glides across the tongue with honeyed orchard fruit—peach, pear and citrus—underpinned by vanilla-soft oak. Gentle spices—cinnamon and a hint of nutmeg—emerge mid-palate, finishing with a clean, persistent almond and white-fruit finale.
Finish
Silky, lingering finish with honeyed sweetness and vanilla, supported by refined oak. Citrus zest and toasted almond sparkle as the warmth fades, leaving a clean, elegant finish with a whisper of spice.
