Colour
Bright pale gold with a warm honey-amber glow.
Nose
Initially sweet, the nose unfolds with ripe fruit and fresh sea air. In the background, citrus freshness and hints of cereal emerge, finished with a subtle trace of peat smoke.
Palate
Sweet, nutty tones take the lead on the palate, with hints of grapes and honey in the background. Floral flavors abound, lifted by a touch of dried fruit and spice.
Finish
Soft sweet tones linger and fade slowly, ending with a delicate whisper of peat smoke at the very end.
