Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold edges and a mahogany undertone, a warm, sherry-kissed glow.
Nose
Opulent and powerful on the nose, this Tormore releases ripe orchard fruits—pears and apples—with citrus zest and vanilla-honey. Sherry-tinged oak offers raisin, fig and almond, while spice and cocoa nibs lend depth. A polished, luxurious aroma with a long, inviting finish.
Palate
Full-bodied and richly layered at cask strength, this Tormore delivers dense dried fruit—raisin, fig, prune—woven with dark chocolate, toffee and vanilla. Spices—cinnamon, clove, white pepper—ignite the palate, while robust oak provides structure. The finish is long and warm, with a nutty, resinous echo that lingers.
Finish
Long, warming finish with timbered depth and peppery spice. Dark fruit notes rise against orange zest, vanilla and cocoa, then a graceful, lingering fade that coats the palate.
