Tasting Notes
Colour
Bright golden amber with warm honey hues and a subtle copper glow.
Nose
Crisp apple and tart gooseberry mingle with the sweet fragrance of vanilla bean paste. Waxy citrus notes balance and enhance the malty cereal aromas.
Palate
Creamy milk chocolate and toasted malt give way to a peppery spark. Ripe pear and green apple mingle with drying grapefruit, while grassy undertones linger, leaving a fresh, resinous finish.
Finish
Medium-bodied and lingering, the finish presents charred oak and salted chocolate, a warm cocoa echo that lingers long after the last sip.
