Colour
Dark mahogany amber with a glossy, ruby-tinged glow.
Nose
Decadent aromas of sticky toffee pudding mingle with espresso—a warm, caramel-soaked bouquet of dark roast and indulgent sweetness.
Palate
Bright lemon curd on the palate, gilded by golden syrup sweetness. Layers of date and dried fig unfold, tempered by muscovado sugar for a rich, molasses-kissed depth. Long, warm finish with subtle citrus lift.
Finish
Long and warm, the finish lingers with a refined rum note, wrapping the palate in soft sweetness and a touch of sherry-glazed molasses.
