Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber-gold with coppery highlights and a warm, mahogany glow.
Nose
Opulent, aged nose of dark fruit compote—raisin, fig and date—softly caressed by toasted oak. A rippling sherry glow brings cocoa, praline and refined spice, with whispers of leather and tobacco. Velvet, generous and lingering, inviting measured, luxurious sips.
Palate
Silky and medium-full, the palate reveals honeyed malt, dried fig and orange zest, layered with toffee and vanilla. Sherried spice warms the mid-palate, opening into cocoa, cedar and delicate leather. The finish is long, refined, with oak tannins fading to a quiet, nutty sweetness.
Finish
Long and luxurious, the finish unfolds with sherry-rich sweetness, dried fruit, cocoa and spice, carried by refined oak. The warmth lingers gracefully, fading into a polished, fruit-kissed finale.
