Tasting Notes

Colour

Golden amber with coppery highlights.

Nose

Rich and complex, with an early peat hint weaving through sweet sherry-cask aromas.

Palate

Smooth and well balanced on the palate, with warm vanilla and subtle peppery spice, intertwined with rich vine fruits—raisins, dates and sultanas—for a fruit-forward, approachable profile.

Finish

Sherry fades, leaving a lingering peat echo. The bold malt depth carries warmth and character well beyond the sip.
