Named for Colla Uais, one of the famed Three Colla Brothers who once ruled ancient Ireland, UAIS is a whiskey that honours the past but moves in bold new directions. The Triple Blend is a unique fusion of 25% pot still, 25% single malt and 50% grain whiskeys - three types of Irish whiskey blended together in perfect harmony.

Nose

An inviting bouquet of honeyed orchard fruit and vanilla, braided with soft toffee and cream. Citrus zest and green apple lift the aroma, while delicate malt and grain add warmth. Subtle spice and toasted oak hint at the three-way blend, delivering a polished, airy fragrance with poised balance and depth.
