A smooth yet complex blended whiskey, this sourced malt has been double distilled and blended with grain. It was then triple casked in ex-bourbon barrels, Oloroso sherry butts and peated casks for a total aging of 11 years.

The distillery has been built inside a restored 19th-century mill that had stood empty for decades, bringing whiskey and gin production to a small East Galway village with a strong focus on heritage-led restoration.
