Redbreast 12 boasts the flavour complexity and distinctive qualities of Pot Still whiskey. Matured in a combination of Bourbon seasoned American Oak barrels and Oloroso Sherry seasoned Spanish oak butts, the distinctive Redbreast sherry style is a joy to behold in each and every bottle.
- Redbreast 15 Year Old 46% ABV 5cl
Made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley and then triple distilled in copper pot stills, Redbreast 15 is comprised exclusively of Pot Still whiskey matured in the finest oak casks for no less than 15 years. A careful balance of first fill and refill casks accentuates the assorted spices within Redbreast’s characteristic full and complex flavour.
- Redbreast Lustau Edition 46% ABV 5cl
Redbreast Lustau Edtion was born of a unique collaboration between the Bodegas Lustau and the Midleton Distillery. Made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley and then triple distilled in copper pot stills. Having spent its final maturation journey in casks seasoned with the finest Oloroso Sherry in the Bodegas Lustau, the result is the ultimate sherried style of Redbreast.

Tasting Notes
Colour
A burnished copper-amber with radiant amber-gold edges, deepening to a warm, honeyed core that glows with inviting depth.
Nose
Inviting pot-still perfume of warm spice and sherry-rich sweetness. Red berries and dried apricot mingle with raisin, toasted oak, cinnamon and clove, while almond and cocoa add elegance. A layered, inviting nose that hints at the trio’s rich contrasts: spice, fruit and oak.
Palate
Silky and layered, Redbreast reveals a harmonious trio on the palate. The 12 Year offers orange zest, dried fruit and almond, balanced by oak and warm sherry sweetness. The 15 Year deepens with fragrant spice, honeyed barley, and a velvety oak backbone. The Lustau Edition bursts with rich sherry—figs, raisin, cocoa, and nutty spice—finishing long and lush.
Finish
Long, luxurious finish of warm spice, dried fruit, and velvety sherry. Creamy malt layers with toasted nuts, drifting into cocoa and oak, leaving a soft, sunlit sweetness that lingers with a gentle ember glow.
