Palate

Opulent and full-bodied, the palate unfolds with dark fruit—fig, raisin, plum—interwoven with orange zest, toasted almond and rich toffee. Oloroso sherry echoes through vanilla and spice, delivering cinnamon and ginger with a velvety, creamy texture. The 57.5% cask-strength warmth coats the mouth, finishing long, warm and slightly nutty, with framed oak and lingering fruit sweetness.
