On the nose the aroma opens with a fresh, floral bouquet, sweet orchard fruits, green apples, a touch of gooseberry and a lovely citrus zing. All balanced with sweet vanilla and creamy caramel, sweet malt, barley sugars and gingerbread.
The palate is light and fresh with green apple notes from the nose developing further. Hints of tropical fruit, pineapple and passionfruit, sweet malt, soft caramel, vanilla and butterscotch, sweet oak, citrus zest and spicy ginger.
The finish is fruity and light, leaving lingering notes of spice and a sweet maltiness.
