Samuel Gelston’s Single Malt. A non age statement Single Malt, matured in ex-Bourbon casks, is a versatile premium Whiskey. With a savoury spice note coming to the fore, this expression is perfect served neat, or adding a unique character to your favourite Whiskey cocktail or Irish Coffee.

The nose is a little floral with a hint of malt, savoury spice and nutty chocolate. Woody spice on the palate, with cassia and nuts with a little burnt caramel. A lingering sweeter finish of marshmallow and honey.

Samuel Gelston’s is a historic Irish whiskey brand founded in Belfast in 1830 by Samuel Gelston, a successful wine and whiskey merchant. After Gelston’s death in 1869, the business was bought by Harry J. Neill, who expanded the company’s reach in Ireland and overseas. Five generations later, the brand remains connected to the Neill family through Johnny Neill, who revived Samuel Gelston’s for a modern audience.
