Samuel Gelston's Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey
In stock
Samuel Gelston's Irish Single Pot Still Whiskey is made by a single distillery from a mixture of malted and unmalted barley, distilled together in a traditional copper pot still. It is not a blend, it is not a Single Malt, it is a completely unique expression that is full of body & character.
Initially there are earthy, green notes on the nose. Lemon-drizzle cake and cooked citrus follows. On the palate there are flavours of walnut and candied pecan, cacao nibs and cereal. Chocolate orange and sweet breakfast porridge to finish.
