Tasting Notes
Colour
A deep, burnished amber with coppery mahogany undertones and a warm, sunset glow.
Nose
A lush, sherried bouquet of dried fruit—raisin, fig, and orange peel—woven with toffee, cocoa, and vanilla. Spiced by clove and cinnamon braid through the aroma, while layered oak adds a warm, tobacco‑tinged backbone, hinting at elegant maturity.
Palate
Silky, velvety and richly sherried on the palate, with ripe raisin and fig, orange zest, and toffee. Spiced oak—cinnamon and nutmeg—adds warmth, while dark chocolate and caramel weave through a full, lingering finish.
Finish
Long, warm and velvety, the finish pours a rich sherry sweetness—raisins and dried fruits, dark chocolate, orange zest and cinnamon, fading to toasted oak.
