It has been matured solely in 1st Fill Spanish Oak casks and some PX sherry casks are used.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Rich, deep ruby with coppery edges and a warm amber glow.
Nose
Treacle tart and creamy, nutty sherry wood lead the nose, bright red berries and dried fruit blossoming beside hints of mixed peel. Subtle cherry wine notes weave through, delivering a ripe, luxurious aroma that promises depth and refinement.
Palate
Spiced nuts and sweet spice ride on buttery oak as chewy sherry wood weaves praline, Christmas cake, treacle tart, figs and dates, finishing with dark honey.
Finish
Aromatic oak, soft ginger spice, orange marmalade, rich chocolate truffles and lasting sherry wood sweetness.
