Tasting Notes

Colour

Golden amber with sunlit honey highlights and a warm, radiant glow.

Nose

All-spice, cocoa and coffee grounds mingle with rich sweetness and buttery depth. Caramelised, tarte tatin notes lift the aroma, accented by toffee, plums and dark cherries.

Palate

Rich and dry on the palate, with cocoa and coffee lingering. Spicy and oaky, it carries buttery popcorn notes, while plums and dark cherries emerge for a ripe, slightly opulent finish.

Finish

Slightly leathery, the finish unfolds with remarkable length—dry and spicy, leaving a refined, warming echo on the palate.
