A smoky whisky from The English Whisky Company, this 8 Year Old single malt was distilled in July 2010 and bottled in August 2018. Matured in ex-Bourbon casks. These have added depth to the spirit over the years and created layers of vanilla and gentle spice while still letting the distillery's fruity spirit come to the fore.

Smoke drapes the palate, partnered with ripe fruit and vanilla from the ex-Bourbon casks. A silky, medium-bodied profile carries gentle spice while the distillery’s fruity spirit stays bright and forward, finishing with a soft, lingering smoke.

Long, husky smoke lingers, weaving vanilla and gentle spice with a soft sweetness from ex-Bourbon oak. Fruit echoes fade into a refined, oaken finish that remains warm and balanced.
