Deep copper-amber with mahogany undertones and a warm, sunlit glow.

Nose

An indulgent nose of rum-soaked raisins and brown sugar, layered with ripe fig and ribbons of maple syrup, finished with a delicate hint of liquorice.

Palate

Raspberry and pistachio lead the palate, with apple and tangy orange peel lifting a bright, balanced sweetness.

Finish

Silky milk chocolate lingers, paired with warm oak. The finish is creamy and refined, as sweetness softly fades into toasted wood, leaving a polished, enduring trace.

The Cairn Distillery
The Cairn Distillery sits at Craggan, just outside Grantown-on-Spey, in the Cairngorms National Park. Opened by Gordon & MacPhail in 2022, it is the company’s second distillery after Benromach and draws on more than a century of whisky maturation and bottling experience. The building was designed to sit within its Highland setting, with features such as a turf roof and landscaping intended to blend into the surrounding environment.
