Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with burnished copper and mahogany reflections, a warm russet-gold glow.
Nose
Rich, old-world bouquet with sherry-soaked raisin and fig, entwined with dark caramel and burnt sugar. Polished oak supports hints of orange zest, cocoa, and baked apple, while a subtle tobacco-spice and leather lift add refined elegance to this deluxe 1950s blend.
Palate
On the palate, a velvety sherry sweetness coats the tongue with fig, raisin and dried cherry, threaded through creamy malt and polished oak. Subtle spice—cinnamon and nutmeg—brightens with toasted almond and cocoa. A gentle whisper of smoke adds depth. Medium-bodied and gracefully balanced, the finish glows with warm fruit, vanilla and a refined, lingering warmth.
Finish
Long, refined finish with sherried sweetness and dried fruit: raisin and fig mingle with cocoa and orange zest, while toasted oak and gentle spice dissolve into velvet warmth, leaving a nutty, lingering dryness.
