Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep burnished amber with mahogany edges and a warm copper-gold core, a luxurious sherried glow that hints at age and complexity.

Nose

A tropical perfume of passionfruit and mango rises, with grilled pineapple and a drizzle of maple syrup. Subtle wisps of smoked bacon mingle with aged timber, lending a warm, caramel-wood finish to the aroma.

Palate

On the palate, tropical fruit—ripe mango and pineapple—glides with syrupy sweetness, while rich oak spice adds structure and a subtle sherry warmth that lingers.

Finish

A velvety finish of beeswax and heather honey, unfolding into waxy tropical fruitiness.
