Colour

Golden straw with creamy pale honey tones and a soft amber glow.

Nose

Luxuriously creamy vanilla, toffee and milk chocolate on the nose, with soft whisky sweetness and gentle oak. A hint of sherry fruit—raisin and fig—lends depth, while cinnamon and nutmeg whisper in the background for a festive, velvety finish.

Palate

Silky, cream-smooth and indulgent on the palate. Velvet vanilla and luscious caramel unfold with toffee and custard, while sherry cask influence delivers raisin and dried-fruit depth. Subtle spice (nutmeg, cinnamon) and gentle oak lend lift, finishing warm, creamy and long with a cocoa-tinged fade.

Finish

Silky, long finish with warming sweetness—vanilla cream, toffee, and sherry-cask depth. Nutty undertones, toasted oak, and gentle spice linger, leaving a creamy, festive glow that coats the palate.
