Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber with coppery glints and warm honey-gold undertones.

Nose

Rich sherry-forward nose with dark plum and raisin, layered over vanilla, toffee and creamy custard. Toasted almond, hints of cocoa and leather punctuate supple oak and spice, creating a warm, velvety invitation.

Palate

Silky and creamy on the palate, vanilla and honeyed toffee lead, with soft dried fruit and a kiss of sherry sweetness. Subtle toasted oak and gentle spice add depth, while almond and citrus lift the mid-palate. The finish is warm and comforting, with caramel and cocoa lingering elegantly.

Finish

Silky, enduring finish with creamy vanilla and toffee lingering, touched by raisin and fig from sherry influence. Subtle oak and spice weave through the tail, fading to a warm, comforting glow that lingers gracefully.
