Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden amber with warm honey hues.
Nose
Velvety vanilla and rich toffee rise from the glass, set against a soft oak frame and sherry-tinged sweetness. Dried apricot and raisin mingle with almond, while a whisper of milk chocolate and delicate spice adds a creamy, elegant depth.
Palate
Silky and full-bodied, the palate opens with creamy toffee and custard, giving way to rich dried fruit notes of fig and raisin. Sherry-cask influence adds almond, cocoa and a spice-kissed warmth, while vanilla and subtle oak weave through. The finish is long, warm and gently smoky, with a lingering nutty sweetness.
Finish
Long and refined, the finish glides with honeyed toffee and vanilla, evolving into dried fig and raisin with sherry-soft oak, a whisper of cocoa, and gentle spice that lingers in a warm, enduring sweetness.
