Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber with coppery highlights and a warm mahogany glow.

Nose

Creamy vanilla and toffee lead the bouquet, with almond and gentle spice echoing through. Sherry-influenced notes bring dried apricot, fig, and a hint of candied orange. Subtle oak and hazelnut mingle with honeyed barley for a velvety sweetness, finishing with a delicate berry-fruit lift.

Palate

Silky and creamy on the palate, with honeyed toffee and vanilla wrapped in warm oak. Dried fruit notes of raisin and fig mingle with a subtle sherry sweetness, while gentle spice and a velvety, lingering finish complete the balance.

Finish

Long, creamy finish; vanilla and toffee melt into dark fruit and cocoa from sherry-cask aging. Oak spice threads through, leaving a velvety warmth that lingers with a delicate almond-nut nuance.
