Coastal smoke and sea spray rise, tempered by rich sherry sweetness. Briny notes merge with peppery heat as dried fruit, cocoa and toasted oak unfold. Maritime iodine and resinous depth linger, finishing with ember‑soft smoke, a hint of mineral salt, and a long, warming afterglow.
