Tasting Notes
Colour
Velvety deep amber with copper highlights and a honey-gold sheen.
Nose
Coastal peated aromas with briny sea air frame a tropical core of coconut and banana, enriched by rum‑influenced sweetness. Creamy crème brûlée meets toffee, while gingerbread and rum raisin notes drift through salted caramel and a warmly spicy, high‑ABV lift.
Palate
Full-bodied and creamy, the palate delivers banana in toffee, rum-soaked raisins and creme brulee, layered with gingerbread and salted caramel. Subtle coastal peat and brine weave through the sweetness, finishing with a bold, spicy-sweet warmth that lingers.
Finish
Long, lush and warming, the finish unfurls with bold spice and candy-sweet notes: banana in toffee, rum raisin fudge, salted caramel and gingerbread, carried on a coastal brine. A velvety, rum-driven fade that lingers with cinnamon and caramel warmth.
