"Strong smoke, with a faint smell of toffee and dried fruit. There is also a hint of sulfur and the sea. It has a good body that is big and full on the palate, evoking dark sugar, fruit and spice with, again a coastal feel. The long and satisfying finish is spicy and smoky."

Tasting Notes
Colour
Rich amber-gold with bronzed copper highlights, a warm, sun-lit glow.
Nose
Intense maritime smoke dominates the nose, with a delicate whisper of toffee and dried fruit. A subtle sulfur note lingers, edged by coastal brine and distant sea spray. Rich and rounded, it suggests dark sugar, fruit and spice beneath a smoky, salt-kissed veil.
Palate
Big, full-bodied on the palate, it pours dark sugar with dried fruit and warming spice, all enveloped in smoke. Subtle coastal salinity and a hint of sulfur mingle with maritime notes, building to a long, spicy, smoky finish.
Finish
Long and satisfying, the finish is spicy and smoky, with a coastal whisper lingering on the palate.
