Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with burnished copper tones and a rich mahogany edge, lit by a warm caramel core.
Nose
Parma violets and rhubarb custard creams unfurl, a bright grapefruit spritz lifts the aroma, followed by a malty honeycomb sweetness.
Palate
Mature, with remarkable depth. A rich, chewy palate that blends vanilla and fudge with tobacco and cured meats, delivering a rounded sweetness and a confident, lingering warmth.
Finish
Coastal, earthy dunnage notes linger, mingling with honey-glazed ham and a final waxy orange rind that fades to a nuanced, lasting finish.
