On the nose, thick heavy woodsmoke and earthy peat. Spicy and sweet with lemon, ginger and a slight jaminess. The palate is big, bold and peaty. Peppery and smokey with a slight sweetness mid-palate before more soot and ash comes to the fore again. The finish is warming and sweet with slight citrus and seaweed notes.

Thick, heavy woodsmoke blends with earthy peat, while spicy-sweet lemon and ginger lift the aroma, finished with a subtle jammy sweetness.
Palate
Big, bold, and peaty on the palate, peppery and smoky with a subtle mid-palate sweetness; then more soot and ash rise, leaving a warming, robust trail.
Finish
A warming, lingering finish of soft sweetness and citrus zest, with a subtle seaweed kiss that lingers, echoing the Islay smoke.
