Tasting Notes

Colour

Sunlit golden amber with honeyed highlights and a subtle copper glaze.

Nose

Peaty smoke, vanilla, shortbread and almonds, blending into a warm, inviting aroma.

Palate

On the palate, a riot of smoke and citrus battles peat and malt, trading with toffee, peach, corn on the cob and BBQ pineapple. Rich, mouth-coating and vibrant, it lingers with sweet citrus and a warm, smoky finish.

Finish

A long, sweet finish with a gentle warmth. Citrus flashes cut through the lingering smoke, ending on a crisp peppery note.
