A bright tropical-fruit bouquet greets the nose—pineapple, mango and pear with a citrus lift—softly spiced with ginger and white pepper, backed by a gentle vanilla and almond sweetness from light sherry influence.

Scapa
(SKAA-pa) Scapa was founded in 1885 on the shores of Scapa Flow near Kirkwall, making it one of Orkney’s long-established distilleries as well as one of the most northerly in Scotland. Scapa is one of only two distilleries on the island of Orkney, offering a stark contrast to its neighbour, Highland Park. Unlike the peated style of Highland Park, Scapa produces an unpeated whisky matured exclusively in ex-bourbon casks, resulting in a lighter, creamier, and fruitier profile.
