Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep, sunlit amber with burnished gold highlights and coppery glints, a warm, inviting glow.
Nose
Silky, refined and fruit-forward, the nose opens with sun-kissed orchard fruits—apple and pear—brightened by honeyed apricot. Sherried depth adds dried fig and raisin with a touch of almond, while vanilla and delicate oak lend warmth. A whisper of sea breeze and subtle spice keep the profile elegant and pleasantly non-smoky.
Palate
Silky and refined, the palate delivers honeyed apple and pear with sherry-soaked prune and almond. Vanilla and light spice weave through, supported by smooth oak. A gentle maritime hint keeps it bright, while the finish lingers with fruit, cocoa and toasted nuts. No peat, just balanced sophistication.
Finish
Long, elegant finish with creamy vanilla and almond notes that linger gracefully. A delicate sherry-tinted sweetness unfolds into warm oak, faint citrus zest, and toffee, then dissolves into a subtle maritime breeze framed by a whisper of spice and sea salt.
