Colour

Bright pale gold with delicate straw-yellow highlights.

Nose

Sweet and fruity, with rich vanilla swirling around tangy cooked apples. Subtle tropical hints—banana, pineapple and kiwi—woven with honeycomb notes.

Palate

Creamy and lush, with intense pressed green apple flavors complemented by bright pink grapefruit. A gentle warming pepper rises, revealing subtle hints of chocolate and oak.

Finish

Lingering hints of elegant dark chocolate lifted by dry bracken and gorse.

Scapa
(SKAA-pa) Scapa was founded in 1885 on the shores of Scapa Flow near Kirkwall, making it one of Orkney’s long-established distilleries as well as one of the most northerly in Scotland. Scapa is one of only two distilleries on the island of Orkney, offering a stark contrast to its neighbour, Highland Park. Unlike the peated style of Highland Park, Scapa produces an unpeated whisky matured exclusively in ex-bourbon casks, resulting in a lighter, creamier, and fruitier profile.
