Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden amber with honeyed warmth and a faint copper glow.
Nose
Aromas of tropical fruit weave around delicate glazed-meat notes. Kiwi and honeydew melon mingle with manuka honey, while sprigs of mint add a fresh lift.
Palate
Mouth-coating and richly woody, it broadens into aniseed and ginger spice. Hints of wood smoke mingle with caramelised bananas cloaked in luxurious dark chocolate.
Finish
Medium-length finish that lingers with refined oak and spice. Subtle smoke threads through the wood, leaving hints of vanilla, caramel and toasted nuts to fade into a warm, elegant close.
