An airy, floral nose with lemon zest, green apple and pear, kissed by delicate heather and beeswax. Subtle vanilla and almond mingle with a waxy mineral background, while the sherry influence introduces dried fruits—raisin and fig—completed by warm spice and cocoa nib. Light, elegant, and inviting, it suggests a sun-lit Lowland orchard with a hint of old oak.
Palate
Silky and waxy, the palate carries bright citrus zest and green apple, threaded with delicate malt. Subtle sherry depth brings dried fruit, almond and a whisper of spice, while a honeyed sweetness lingers. Elegant, long finish with citrus and floral hints.
Finish
Long, elegant finish of citrus zest and ripe orchard fruit, evolving into toasted almond and dried fig, with a refined sherry sweetness and a warming whisper of spice that lingers softly.
