Colour
Pale straw gold with a subtle sunlit glow, a light, translucent amber at the rim.
Nose
Delicate, floral nose with rose petals, lemon zest and green apple, touched by soft honey and waxy notes. Sherry nuance adds dried fruit, fig and almond, with a gentle cocoa-spice finish.
Palate
Silky and delicately citrusy, the palate sings with green apple and pear fruit, honeyed sweetness, and soft malt. Subtle almond and vanilla lift the mid-palate, while a gentle spice warms the finish, leaving a clean, refined glow.
Finish
Silky and persistent, the finish unwinds citrus blossom and orchard fruit, deepening into refined sherry sweetness with dried raisin and fig. A thread of spice and toasted oak lingers, leaving a graceful, nutty warmth that slowly fades.
