Pale gold with a delicate straw hue and a hint of warm amber.
Nose
Delicate, perfumed nose of citrus zest, pear and honeysuckle, with a whisper of green apple. Subtle sherry warmth weaves in with almond, honeyed sweetness and a touch of mineral, hinting at quiet, refined aging.
Palate
Silky, waxy mouthfeel with bright orchard fruits—green apple, pear and lemon zest—lifted by delicate floral notes. Subtle sherry influence adds toasted almond, orange peel and a whisper of spice. Elegant, balanced sweetness lingers into a long, perfumed finish of citrus, honeyed warmth and refined oak.
Finish
Ultra-fine and lingering, the finish releases pale orchard fruit and citrus zest that fade into warm almond and dried fig. A gentle sherried sweetness threads through with aromatic spice, leaving a silky, perpetual length of refined elegance.
