A delicate, airy palate of crisp orchard fruits, green apple and pear, laced with lemon zest and a touch of honey. Subtle floral notes mingle with dried-fruit and almond from the sherry cask, accompanied by a gentle spice that lingers. Silky texture, softly warming, leading to a refined, medium finish.
