Nose
Delicate orchard fruits—green apple and pear—with a citrus zest lift. A honeyed sweetness, vanilla cream, and a touch of almond hint at sherry influence, adding warmth. Light oak and barley sugar underpin the aroma, while subtle florals and a fine mineral edge keep it fresh, elegant, and perfumed.
Palate
Silky and gently floral on the palate, with crisp green apple, pear and citrus zest riding a honeyed sweetness. Sherry cask influence adds fig, raisin, and a touch of cocoa, layered over soft almond and biscuit notes. Velvety texture, delicate mouthfeel, and a long, refined finish of orchard fruit, faint spice, and subtle oak.
Finish
Long and refined, the finish releases sherry warmth with prune and orange zest, wrapped in waxy almond and cocoa echoes. A subtle spice thread lingers, slowly fading into a delicate oak kiss.
