The 29 yer old Glaswegian features whisky from the now silent Port Dundas distillery near Glasgow. Only released in the UK.A classic whisky from a now-silent grain distillery which once stood at the heart of Scotland’s waterways. The influence of wood on this light grain whisky has created a wonderful sweet taste with flavours of rich butterscotch, delicate vanilla, and exotic fruit, rounded off with caramelised crème brulee notes.
Just 1,642 individually numbered bottles of this 29 year-old Single Grain whisky exist, each of which has been bottled at natural strength with no added colour and no chill-filtration.
This whisky has been matured in American White Oak barrels primarily held in traditional dunnage warehouses whose earthen floors help maintain a cool temperature and higher humidity. This results in a slow maturation, with less of the precious whisky lost to evaporation, and develops a harmony between the distinctive flavours.

These classic Whiskies are aged, rare whiskies, with some featuring old stock that may not be available in the future. Also employing modern experiments and uncommon methods of maturation to create truly unique, characterful whiskies. Carefully selected by whisky-maker Gregg Glass, all the whiskies are genuinely small-batch.

Colour
Pale gold with sunlit honey hues and a whisper of amber.
Nose
Opulent on the nose, warm butterscotch and vanilla rise, melting into ripe exotic fruit and a caramelised crème brûlée sweetness. Subtle oak from American white oak adds creaminess and a gentle toasty backbone, while delicate spice and a hint of pastry linger, signaling a refined, mature grain whisky.
Palate
Silky and richly indulgent on the palate, with a satin mouthfeel. Butterscotch and vanilla lead, weaving through exotic fruit and caramelised crème brûlée. The American White Oak adds subtle spice and creamy depth, yielding a long, elegant finish at natural strength.
Finish
An elegantly long, silky finish that lingers with buttered butterscotch and vanilla, fading into exotic fruit sweetness and crowned by caramelised crème brûlée, with a soft touch of oak lingering as it slowly fades.
