Tasting Notes
Colour
Sunlit gold with a warm honey glow and a whisper of copper.
Nose
Bright and inviting on the nose, with ripe orchard fruit and a creamy veil of vanilla and toffee. Lemon zest, almond and a subtle spice—cinnamon and nutmeg—layer over polished oak. A honeyed, floral sweetness threads through, hinting at sophistication and a smooth, lingering prelude to the palate.
Palate
Silky on the palate, honeyed vanilla entwines with ripe pear and citrus zest, resting on a creamy toffee core. Cinnamon-spice and oak provide warm depth, while the 55.6% ABV delivers a peppery lift that lingers with balance and refinement.
Finish
Long, velvety finish with warm vanilla and honey; toffee and citrus zest weave through the palate as subtle oak spice blooms. Creme-brulee sweetness lingers, tapering to dried fruit and a soft peppery tail that coats the mouth.
