Colour
Bright golden straw with a sun-kissed honey glow and pale amber undertones.
Nose
Vibrant green fruit take the lead - kiwi, lime and star fruit - woven with salted Greek yoghurt, lemon thyme and a touch of meringue. Preserved lemons and chocolate-lime hints mingle with vanilla, evoking coastal air and the briny sparkle of Old Pulteney’s shoreline in a glass.
Palate
Bright lime and elderflower lift the palate, joined by sugary shortbread, palma violets and sugared almonds. Lemon sorbet adds a zesty chill against salty vanillin wood, while a fizzy citrus spine carries peppery, anise-like notes through the finish.
Finish
Big, tangy citrus lingers with unripe green fig and kiwi. Peppery vanilla-spiced oak carries through, paired with salty-sugared almonds, lime curd and a cool whisper of menthol and herbs.
